Very quick delivery and good packaging. Lights were extremely difficult to get linked to my phone and then the slave to the master. The instructions that come with it don’t help much. Very good color and super bright.

Got these lights in 4 business days. Installed on 120G - look great! the pre-programmed setups are great and customization is very granular if desired.

The lights mounted perfect and the build quality is amazing when you figure in how cheap these lights are compared to the expensive kinds. Thank you guys for providing equipment for people that can’t afford to spend thousands. If I had a little more money I would have bought one more for my smaller tank. Definitely will in the future.

I'm a believer! I've been running the older 90 watt K7 Pro II for about a year now. Recently I purchased a 75 watt V3 and love it! I'm in the process of setting up a new tank so I got two of the 140 watt V3. I'm loving them! Thanks Noopsyche!

I love these lights! They make my tank look amazing. Just set them on the LPS setting and done. They have a nice smooth ramp up and beautiful shimmer. They also look great physically with their small size and nice stands. Thank you Noopsyche!!

Awesome light. Although some reviews say that it was difficult to program, the programming was not bad. Overall happy so far.

I now have 6 of the K7 V3 140w lights over my SPS dominant reef tank. The build quality and performance of these lights is far better than the price would indicate. The only negative about these is the lack of an app to control the lights and the controller. The controller is cheap feeling, and a little confusing at first, but once you get used to the controls setting the light programming isn't too bad.
If these lights had an app to control them, or even better a 0-10v control port so they could be controlled with an aquarium controller, then they could rival the lights from the major high end manufacturers in my opinion.
If you need high quality reef lighting and don't want to spend a fortune on Radions, Kessil, SKY, etc then the K7 V3 is a good substitute at a fraction of the cost.

The overall quality of the lighting provided by this light is excellent, great spectrum and quite intense. The build quality is good, the mounting arm seems sturdy. The only real negative thing I can say about the light, is that the controller is awful. Setting up the schedule and controlling the light is convoluted and not very user friendly. The controller instructions leave a lot to be to be desired. It’s also missing functionality that a lot of higher end lights have, but it’s mostly just gimmicky stuff like moonlights, a feed mode, and an acclimation mode (I wouldn’t call acclimation mode gimmicky). But, once you get the schedule and channels set, it works great. Overall, I think this is a quality light, with a spectrum and intensity comparable to a G4 or G5 Radion, but with less functionality/features and a not-so-great controller. I am happy that there is a light on the market that provides the look, spectrum, and intensity of higher end lights at a much lower price. This is not comparable to a generic black box or Nicrew light, it is the real deal, it is capable of growing pretty much anything and looks great while doing it.

Review: PAR/PUR levels are absolutely amazing. 10/10 At 40% output I get over 100 par on my sandbed. This is 32 inches from the light. I had to turn these down for my bubble tip anemone as 40% was too strong. My old lights are equal to 20% of these lamps. Much acclimation is needed.

Now for the controller. This is a built in control, display screen. There is no implemented web control for the lights. I am absolutely okay with this. I have enough on my computer as it is. It will save 2 light settings. So if you want to toggle between 2 light programs you can do so. I rate this 8/10
In order to measure par, I must keep the control active on light schedule. This is okay. I would like to leave the controller alone while recording the different light settings. The only reason for the 8/10 stars.

Cord length is very generous. I actually like the way it is designed. Should anything happen to the cord, you will now need to repair the whole unit. There are 3 sections of the cord. 1. Power cable. 2. the power box cable 3. you have the cord on the light. This is well over 10feet in length. 10/10

Next up is the looks. Very sleek. I love the overall design and look. I can't say I could ask for more improvement on ascetics. 10/10

Mounting brackets I find they are like any other bracket to use. No real positive or negatives. I did mount these on the outside of my canopy. So that is a big plus for the design. The bracket offers a very generous 1 and a fourth inch opening for framed tanks. Very strong and stable, will not work for euro bracing, I never found bracing that does. I am sure there is a work around.

Overall, I am extremely pleased with these noopsyche K7 V3 lights. I do not think there is better for the price tag.

K7 V3 Review: These Reef lights are amazing. They have the look and feel of big name brands. In a short amount of time I can see this company going head to head with the big names without issue. They will come out on top as a leader in aquarium lighting and powerheads and will have more customers due to the fractional pricing. Keep up the great work Noopsyche
